Directions:
1. In saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in chicken broth, water, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. |
