Ingredients:
50 g sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Toast seeds in a fry pan over low heat.
2. Shake pan occasionally till they turn golden brown.
3. Transfer to a mortar, add salt.
4. Use pestle to grind mixture, releasing sesame oil into salt.
5. Sprinkle on rice, vegetables, fish or salad.
