1 (7 1/2 ounce) can pink salmon |
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted |
2 large lettuce leaves |
1 lemon |
Directions:
1. Drain salmon. 2. Combine mayo, celery, dillweed, garlic powder and 1 teaspoons sesame seeds. 3. Fold in salmon. 4. Spoon onto lettuce leaves. 5. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. 6. Serve with lemon wedges. |
