Sesame Salmon Over Noodles |

This recipe came from a local news station. I have not tried it yet, but it sounds good. Ingredients:
1 lb salmon, cut ito 4 portions |
1/3 cup light soy sauce |
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
2 teaspoons grated gingerroot |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, divided use |
1 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles |
5 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. rinse and pat fish dry. 2. place in a nonmetallic container, set aside. 3. combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish. 4. marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours. 5. place fish and marinade in a med. 6. nonstick skillet with a lid. 7. cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles. 8. sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds. |
