A tangy honey mustard sauce and sesame seeds dress up salmon, offers Karen Gorman of Gunnison, Colorado.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 salmon fillet (1-1/2 to 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
3 green onions, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions. Yield: 4 servings.
