Try this easy side dish with Barbecue Roasted Salmon. Ingredients:
36 asparagus spears |
1 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil |
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Snap off tough ends of the asparagus spears. Combine asparagus and the remaining ingredients in a jelly-roll pan, turning asparagus to coat. 3. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp-tender; turn once. |
