1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
1 teaspoon organic balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons tamari |
1 teaspoon pickled ginger, minced |
2 cups cooked brown rice |
1/2 cup snow peas, cut into thirds |
2 tablespoons chopped filberts |
1 broccoli stem, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Blend dressing and mix with rice. 2. Add snow peas, nuts, and broccoli. |
