3 1/2 cups water |
2 cups long-grain rice |
1/4 tbsp kosher salt |
2 tbsp sesame oil |
1/4 c toasted sesame seeds |
1 tbsp butter |
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil 2. Add rice and salt, stir to combine 3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until all water is absorbed 4. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, to finish cooking (approx. 5 to 10 minutes) 5. Stir in oil, sesame seed and butter (butter is optional) 6. Serve |
