I just made this for the first time today and it was wonderful! A very different take on pasta, And takes practically no time! I used mushrooms instead of scallions and it tasted great! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1/4 cup chopped scallion |
4 ounces pasta |
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta. 2. Heat sesame oil and peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, blend well Add scallions to sauce, add sauce to pasta. 3. Stir. |
