From the Weekend magazine. Ingredients:
2 spring roll wrappers |
50 g red bean paste |
1 egg |
20 g sesame seeds |
20 g plain flour |
500 g oil, to fry |
Directions:
1. Split the spring roll sheets into 6 pieces. 2. Put in the bean paste. 3. Fold into triangles. 4. Mix the egg and the plain flour. 5. Put the pancake on one side and the sesame seeds all over the other. 6. Fry for a couple of minutes. 7. Serve hot. |
