From the Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave Cookbook. Developed for convection microwave ovens between 700 & 1050 watts. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup flour |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2-3 1/2 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up |
1/2 cup butter, melted (or margarine) |
Directions:
1. Beat egg and milk in medium bowl. 2. Combine flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder and salt in plastic or paper bag. 3. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake in bag to coat. 4. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, on turntable. 5. Pour butter or margarine evenly over chicken. 6. Bake 30 minutes on High Mix, 375°F setting. |
