Sesame Oat Bars

Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mixed dried fruit
1 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Stir butter, sugar & honey over a low heat and stir until sugar dissolves, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, gradually stir in cooled honey mixture and mix thoroughly.
3. Press mixture down very firmly into a foil-lined 28cm x 18cm baking tray and bake at 180.C for 20 mins or until golden brown.
4. Cool in tin, then cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
