Ingredients:
1/2 pound linguine |
2/3 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
lime |
Directions:
1. Cook linguine according to direction on box. In saucepan combine peanut butter, soy sauce andgarlic. Stir to combine. Add a splash of sesame oil, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and the 2. juice of the lime. Heat slowly and whisk together until smooth. Drain linguine, place in a bowland top with peanut sauce and toss to coat. Serve hot or cold. |
