Ingredients:
3 cups hot water |
2 (7 ounce) packages fresh udon noodles (may sub cooked spaghetti) |
3 tablespoons peanut oil |
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine water and noodles in a bowl. 2. Cover and let stand 3 minutes and then drain. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet over high. 4. Add noodles and stir fry for 1 minute. 5. Finish with sesame oil. 6. Toss with cilantro, salt, and pepper. |
