This tastes just like the sesame noodles at a chinese restaurant. You can add grilled chicken to the salad to make it a main dish Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1/4 cup soy sauce, i use kikoman light |
1/4 cup sesame oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
5 green onions, sliced |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Cook linguini until al dente. 2. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. 3. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. 4. Place linguini in a large bowl and add green onions and toasted sesame seed. 5. Pour on dressing and toss well and serve. |
