Sesame Marinade for Chicken |

This is a quick and easy marinade for chicken. I came up with it one day while cleaning out my spice cabinet. I made it for my family one night with white rice and steamed veggies and they really enjoyed it. Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sake |
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 stalk green onion (chopped) |
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes |
4 (7 ounce) chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour over 4, 6 to 8 ounce chicken breasts. 3. Let marinade in refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours. 4. Remove from marinade and discard. 5. Grill chicken for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side. 6. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables. |
