MANGOS AND RICE Ingredients:
2 cups vegatable broth |
1 large mango-cubed |
1/2 tsp sesame oil |
1 1/2 cup rice |
2 tbls sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN MIX ALL INGREDIENTS 2. BRING TO A BOIL 3. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW, COVER 4. SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES 5. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET SET COVERED FOR 10 MINUTES |
