Ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted |
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar |
2 egg whites |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Pulverize sesame seeds in blender or with mortar and pestle. 2. Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff. 3. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. 4. Fold in sesame seeds and almond extract. 5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. 6. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes. |
