This is another fantastic recipe from last year's cookie exchange. It comes from my friend Cindy. Enjoy Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter melted and cooled |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoon sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoon plain dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. In bowl stir all ingredients together until smooth. 3. Drop by teaspoon onto a baking sheet 4 inches apart. 4. Bake for 8 minutes until lacy and golden. 5. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet out of the oven for 3 minutes. 6. Transfer to a cooling rack. |
