Sesame variant of regular hummus. Simply replaced some normal ingredients w/ sesame oil. Modified from 's sesame oil hummus Ingredients:
15 ounces chickpeas |
2 tablespoons garlic |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon tahini |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into food processor. 2. pulse until desired consistency. 3. add water or liquid from chickpea can if too thick. |
