Another great recipe from a dear friend who makes these when she grills out chicken. They are very tasty and very satisfying. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans |
1 medium red bell pepper cut in 1/4 strips |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. 2. Drain and rinse under cold water then place in serving bowl with bell pepper. 3. Toss with remaining ingredients. |
