Ingredients:
1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds |
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
2 to 3 teaspoons minced fresh ginger |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam green beans, covered, 3 minutes or until tender. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add mustard seeds and sesame seeds; cook 1 minute or until seeds are toasted. Add ginger and garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add green beans, salt, and pepper to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through. |
