1. /4 c. veg. oil 2. T. minced fresh ginger 3. T. wasabi powder 4. T. rice vinegar 5. T. sugar 6. T. lemon juice 7. salt 8. /4 c. soy sauce 9. T. sesame oil 10. salmon fillets, skin on 11. Whisk together veg. oil, ginger and wasabi in saucepan over med. heat for 2 min. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Transfer to small bowl. Set aside 1/3 c. of marinafde to ase as a vinaigrette for salad. 12. Add soy and sesame oil to remaining marinade in bowl. whisk until marinade emusifies. Place salmon in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over. Marinate in fridge for 30 min. 13. Place salmon on grill skin side down - baste evenely with marinade ever 2 min. |
