1/4 cup sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped gingerroot (very fresh) |
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients on high-speed until you have a smoothie. |
