Very nice combination of flavors. Not too high in calories. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
2 cups carrots, thinly sliced |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted and chopped |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
salt |
Directions:
1. Saute carrots, garlic and ginger in sesame oil, over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Add sesame seeds. 3. Cover and saute for another 3 minutes or until carrots are heated but still crisp. 4. Serve. |
