SESAME GINGER ASPARAGUS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wallace Estate in Bedford, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ginger root freshly grated |
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 pound asparagus trimmed |
Directions:
1. Heat broiler then combine ginger, oil and soy sauce. 2. On sheet pan coat asparagus with ginger mixture and broil 5 minutes. |
