2 pounds fresh spinach, cleaned and trimmed |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tsp. sesame oil |
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. In a large non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
