2 cups flax seeds |
2 cups sesame seeds |
2 tsp sea salt |
2 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Grind the sesame seeds, set aside, soak the flax seeds in 4 cups water, grind with the peeled garlic and salt, and add more water if necessary. Spread out onto 4 dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 20 hours. |
