We love this easy summer dish. You can make it under the broiler as well. It goes nicely with a new potato salad. Prep time does not include overnight marinating Ingredients:
2 flank steaks |
1 cup dry red wine |
3/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup sesame oil |
1/2 cup olive oil |
6 cloves garlic, sliced |
2 tablespoons ginger, chopped |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Make the marinade by whisking everything together in a bowl. 2. Pour over flank steaks and marinate overnight. 3. Heat the grill and sear the steaks on both sides. Continue cooking, basting as needed, about 6 minutes per side. Slice against the grain. |
