I concocted this recipe based on a store-bought dressing my parents use, and while I'm not normally a huge fan of sesame, I can't seem to get enough of this. Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup rice vinegar, plus |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Serve on salad. |
