Sesame Dressing

This dressing can be used for salads or Asian Vegetable and Chicken Wrap.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 cups thickened vegetable stock
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (chili)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
salt
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
2. Process until the garlic is incorporated.
3. With the blender on low, add in the sesame oil, sriracha, and pepper.
4. Finally add the green onions and cilantro and blend for 1 minute, just until cilantro is chopped. Season with salt to taste. Sesame Dressing: In a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
