1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 medium garlic cloves, minced |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and garlic. 2. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil until well blended. |
