Great for a picnic, potluck or tailgate party. Ingredients:
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute) |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 medium napa cabbage, sliced |
1 red bell pepper, sliced |
3 green onions, sliced |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions, tossing to coat. 3. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. |
