Very rich but delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup honey |
3/4 cup tahini |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a tube pan or a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. 2. In a medium bowl combine oil, honey, tahini, baking powder and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in flour, sesame seeds and water. Pour into prepared pan. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. |
