Sesame Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes cereal
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound chicken tenderloins
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a wire whisk. Combine next 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Dip chicken in egg white mixture, and dredge in cereal mixture. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 23 to 25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
