Ingredients:
2 egg whites, lightly beaten |
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes cereal |
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 pound chicken tenderloins |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a wire whisk. Combine next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Dip chicken in egg white mixture, and dredge in cereal mixture. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 23 to 25 minutes or until crispy and golden. |
