1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted |
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped |
1/2 cup pea pods, chopped |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup cashews |
2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Mix mayo, soy sauce, sesame seeds, oil, and ginger until well blended. 2. Add chicken, vegetables, and cashews. Mix well. 3. Spoon into pita pockets. |
