This recipe comes from the Soup Mix Gourmet. Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk |
6 dashes tabasco sauce |
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
2 cups dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 envelope leek soup mix |
1 teaspoon dried fines herbes |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and Tabasco for 2-12 hour, covered in the fridge. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Remove chicken and drain. 4. Roll in dry ingredients. 5. Shake off excess. 6. Place in a baking dish. 7. Pour butter on top. 8. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 9. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is done. |
