This takes a little time to prepare but is well worth the effort. This is the one recipe requested by my son when he comes home. I think you will find this extremely delicious. The prep and cook time is just guess work. Ingredients:
4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced to preference |
flour, mixed with |
salt and pepper |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 cup flour, mixed with |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
oil (for frying) |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup half-and-half cream |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chicken stock (bouillon cube with boiling water) |
Directions:
1. Dust chicken with seasoned flour. 2. Mix beaten eggs with milk. 3. Dip chicken into this mixture. 4. Roll chicken in the flour sesame seed mixture. 5. Fry in oil until light brown and cooked. 6. Cream Sauce: Blend flour into the melted butter over low heat, stirring constantly. 7. Mix together cream, chicken stock and whipping cream. 8. Gradually add to butter and flour stirring constantly. 9. When smooth stir in salt. 10. Serve sauce with chicken. |
