Simple, easy, fast, tasty veggie dish Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
3 cups carrots, thinly sliced |
2 cups mushrooms, sliced |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan and add carrots and mushrooms. 2. Stir-fry over medium heat about 5 minutes. 3. Add sesame seeds and salt. 4. Cover and simmer 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Carrots should be tender-crisp. |
