Ingredients:
1 pound fresh broccoli |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli into spears; arrange in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Place on serving platter. 2. Stir together sugar and next 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until sugar dissolves and mixture is thoroughly heated. Drizzle over broccoli, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
