Ingredients:
1 cup(s) water |
1 pound(s) fresh broccoli |
1 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds |
5 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan bring water to boil; add broccoli 2. Reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes 3. Prepare topping in skillet 4. Sauté seeds in 1 teaspoon olive oil 5. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, juice, soy sauce. 6. Drain broccoli 7. Toss broccoli gently into seeded mixture 8. Serve with chopped cashews on top 9. Instead of broccoli can use corn or green beans |
