1 tablespoon sesame oil |
2 cups chopped broccoli (peel the stems before chopping) |
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds |
1 red bell pepper, sliced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. Stir in bell pepper and soy sauce and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp. |
