Sesame Angle Hair Pasta Salad |

Serve it warm or chilled. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box angel hair pasta |
1/2 cup sesame oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup white sugar |
2 teaspoons ginger |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more if you like it hotter) |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds |
1 cup scallion, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1 green bell pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. Boil water with 2 tablespoons kosher salt. Cook entire box of angle hair pasta for 4-5 minutes. Drain well. 2. Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour over pasta. Then add sesame seed, scallions, red and green bell pepper. Mix together and refrigerate for a few hours. |
