A perfect mix of tang and spice to compliment any fish on a bun. Especially good on fried or breaded catfish, flounder & cod. Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise (duke's is the best!) |
1/2 cup brown mustard |
2 teaspoons pickle juice |
2 teaspoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 chipotle pepper (canned) |
1 teaspoon adobo sauce, from the canned chipotle pepper |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
1/4 cup fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. In a food processor all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
