This is something I whiped up one day for a snack and it turned out really great!
Ingredients:
1 yukon gold potatoe
sour cream
frenchfry seasoning to taste (i buy it at the dollar store)
Directions:
1. Wash up your spud.
2. Microwave it for about 5 minutes or until it's done
3. Mash it up with a fork
4. Add a few dallops of sour cream
5. Sprinkle with seasoning and mix all together.
