Serbian Carrot Cake Slices |

This is an old Serbian recipe I got from a family friend. Ingredients:
1 whole pack of unsalted butter |
2 cups of sugar |
4 eggs |
2 cups carrots, grated |
2 cups walnuts, chopped finely |
2 cups of self-raising flour |
** use normal cup not measuring cup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to moderate heat 2. Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan and don't burn, then adding the butter in a bowl and adding sugar to dissolve in butter. 3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in. 4. Then bake for around 30 minutes or until golden (also depending on your oven). |
