Serve this dip with baked tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.... Enjoy.... Ingredients:
4oz. fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes |
1/2c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese |
1/4c. mild chunky salsa |
2tsp. 2% milk |
4oz. baked tortilla chips (24 chips) |
hot peppers and fresh cilantro, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in salsa and milk; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. 2. Transfer dip to small serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with hot peppers and fresh cilantro. |
