Semolina With Cocoa

A turkish dessert served cold with nuts sprinked on top.
Ingredients:
5c milk
1c semolina
1c sugar
1/2t vanilla extract
3t unsweetened cocoa powder
shredded coconut, ground walnuts,pistachios, or hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Put milk, semolina, sugar, and vanilla extract in a pot and start cooking on medium until it thickens. Taste it at this point, and if it is not sweet enough for you add more more sugar and mix well.
2. Pour half of it into glasses or bowls half way up.
3. Add cocoa powder to the remaining mix in the pot and stir well.
4. Add the cocoa semolina on top of glasses or bowls.
5. Sprinkle Coconut and nuts on top.
6. Let them cool down at room temperature and then refrigerate.
7. Serve them cold.
