It's so EZ , nutty , simple , delicious and this Sugee Cake will make you go crazy : ) Ingredients:
150 g butter |
150 g caster sugar |
150 g semolina |
150 ml low fat evaporated milk |
1 l egg , lightly beaten |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
40 g flour |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
60 g hazelnut , grounded |
1 tbsp cocoa pwd |
100 g white chocolate |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees . 2. Grease a 9 inch springform pan . 3. Cream the butter , sugar , essence and egg until fluffy . 4. Fold in flour , baking pwd , semolina and hazel nuts With the milk alternatively . 5. Spread 3/4 th of the batter in the cake pan . 6. Fold the cocoa pwd with the remaining batter and , 7. Spread it on top . 8. Bake 35 to 45 mins . Cool it . 9. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle it on top of the cake with a spoon . |
