When topped with real maple syrup they taste like fried bananas from a chinese restaurant! Ingredients:
1/2 c soy flour |
1/2 c bisquick |
1 very ripe banana, mashed |
1/2 c skim milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended. 2. Cook pancakes slowly over med/low heat. 3. I noticed that they take a little longer too cook all the way through then normal pancakes. |
